Privacy Policy
RaveWave is a music-reactive visualizer. This policy explains how RaveWave handles information in the RaveWave Visualizer app, the RaveWave TV companion app, and related RaveWave services.
Audio Processing
RaveWave may use microphone input, user-selected audio files, or platform-supported playback audio capture to drive live visuals. Audio is processed locally on your device for visualization. RaveWave does not upload raw microphone audio, selected audio files, or playback audio to RaveWave servers.
RaveWave TV And Local Network
RaveWave Visualizer can discover and connect to RaveWave TV on Apple TV over your local network. The phone sends compact scene and audio-reactivity state to the Apple TV so the TV can render visuals locally. This local network data is not sent to RaveWave servers by RaveWave TV.
Recordings And Screenshots
If you choose to create a recording or screenshot, the resulting media is saved on your device or shared only through actions you choose. RaveWave does not automatically upload your recordings or screenshots.
Accounts, Purchases, And Entitlements
Some RaveWave platforms may use the platform app store, Firebase, or RaveWave backend services to verify purchases and restore entitlements. RaveWave does not receive or store your payment card details. Platform payment providers process purchases under their own terms and privacy policies.
Diagnostics And Analytics
RaveWave may use diagnostic and analytics services in platform builds that include them to understand app reliability and improve the product. This may include app version, device information, crash logs, installation identifiers, and app interaction events. The current RaveWave TV companion app does not require an account and does not upload local visualizer content to RaveWave servers.
Data Sharing
RaveWave does not sell your personal data. RaveWave may use service providers such as app stores, payment processors, Firebase, hosting providers, and email providers to operate the app, verify purchases, provide support, and maintain reliability.
Data Retention And Deletion
Locally stored presets, settings, recordings, and screenshots remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. If a RaveWave platform build creates server-side account or entitlement records, you can request deletion by contacting support. Purchase ownership may remain attached to the app store account that made the purchase.
Children
RaveWave is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to RaveWave, contact us so we can help remove it.
